KUALA LUMPUR: Hock Heng Stone Industries Bhd said Dunia Batu Alam Sdn Bhd, its 60 per cent-owned unit signed a sale and purchase agreement with Wang Seng Sdn Bhd to buy a piece of land in Malacca for RM20.3 million.
The group intends to develop shop-offices, terrace houses, semi-detached houses and bungalows, the company said.
